As-Constructed Documentation

As-Constructed Documents provide a complete record of how the subdivision has been delivered on site. This documentation will be helpful to provide to your builder to assist with the design of your home.

Electrical

Including wiring, compliance certificates, meter installation etc.

Levels

Final survey documentation confirming the completed ground levels.

Roads and Earthworks

Site preparation and road infrastructure, including bulk earthworks, lot grading, and the construction of internal roads

Stormwater

Installation and connection of the stormwater drainage system.

Fill level one

Type, depth, and classification of fill placed on your lot.

Trunk works

Major primary infrastructure systems supporting your lot.

Pre-settlement site access

If you need to access the site ahead of settlement for a valuation appointment, please make a booking below. Please note the site remains an active construction zone up to the commencement of settlements. Appropriate caution must be exercised at all times. Once settlements commence, the site will be open.

Please note, these times are for valuation appointments only. Soil tests will only be able to be conducted post settlement.
